Cancellation and Refund Policy

When you’re ready to lock in your date and time, a 50% deposit is required. We’ll send you an estimate based on the information you provide, and an invoice for the remaining amount after a service contract has been signed. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, the timeline to receive a refund is as follows:

30+ days before event: full deposit,
29-15 days before event: half deposit
14-0 days before event: no deposit, $0

After the deposit has been received, we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance. The full balance needs to be paid no less than one week before the event is scheduled. Preferred payment methods include Cash, Card, PayPal or Venmo. Checks can be accepted. In the event of a returned check, a $50 charge will be incurred. 

Per the Georgia State Law, we are prohibited to buy, sell or transport alcohol. Meaning the event host will have to purchase alcohol if you’re looking to have alcohol at your event. Though we can’t purchase it for you, we can run it through our system. We are more than happy to assist with quantities and creating signature drinks for your event. We’ll put you in touch with one of our preferred partners and recommend dates you need to order your beverages by. On the day and no less than an hour to your event starting, we’ll get together on site and set up the draft system and start the chilling process.

The information you submit on TapWagen Columbus LLC’s website is used for our information only. We strive to provide you with a great experience from day one. We promise never to share your information with any third party vendors outside of what we use for our business purposes. Your privacy and security is important to us!  

TapWagen Columbus LLC does provide general liability and alcohol liability insurance for each event. This is included in the price of our TapWagen rentals. Our TapWagens are built to be self-serve and your guest must drink responsibly. We will have a staff member on site to monitor the draft system and ensure guest satisfaction. They do have the power to cut off guest who they believe are acting irresponsibly or may become intoxicated. This decision is not taken lightly and can not be overridden by anyone. We are here to provide a fun and safe environment for all guest and the event host is responsible for their guests actions. 

The party host is responsible for any loss or damages incurred to any property owned by TapWagen Columbus LLC. Full inspections of property will be done before and after each event. In the event of loss or damages the card on file may be charged to cover the fees associated.
